Listening to our customers and working with them to achieve a desired outcome both parties can have prosperous futures.We are seeking a purchase Order clerk to join a friendly office that is busy, varied and offers a great working environment. Candidates must be punctual, hardworking, enjoy being part of a small team and have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge of word and excel would be a benefit.Duties will include but are not exclusive to:

  • Managing a busy volume of purchase order requests
  • Source stock buying with the best supplier
  • Chase deliveries and confirm dates
  • Create new stock records
  • Support – including processing purchasing orders
  • Maintenance of stock levels
  • Organisation of foreign shipments
  • Entering and processing data against ledgers
  • General administrative/ business support duties
  • Full training will be provided for the above, with the view that the role will evolve as the business continues to grow.
