• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company\’s customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing products, obtaining quotes, and placing orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, logistics, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and purchasing activities, performance, and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and purchasing roles, preferably in a trading or similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and sales/purchasing software is a plus.
