Job description: Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:Source and purchase building materials and hardware items from approved local and international suppliers.Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.Maintain and update supplier database and build strong vendor relationships.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.Track and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival and resolve any supply issues.Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, price, and delivery reliability.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records of all purchases, pricing, and inventory movements.Work closely with accounts and logistics teams for invoice processing and shipment coordination.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Graduate, B.E Civil EngineeringBasic InfoFunctional Area: PurchaseSalary: AED 3000 – 5000Industry: Construction & EngineeringJob type: Full TimeCurrent Role: Purchase OfficerJob Payment: MonthlyJob shift: DayCurrent vacancy: 1Desire candidate profilePrefer locally available candidates with minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in same industry and some positions will need Driving license holders ( based on nature of Job role)Company Hiring ForNajma Consultancy’s ClientCompany ProfileNajma Human Resources and Training Consultancy, is committed to professional service in Human Resource and Safety Training .
