Job description: We are hiring!We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Coordinator to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of materials, while maintaining accurate documentation and vendor communication. If you have strong organizational skills and experience in procurement processes, we’d love to hear from you!Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the entire purchasing process from requisition to delivery
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approval and processing
  • Assist in sourcing new vendors and building strong supplier relationships
  • Work closely with inventory, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs to avoid shortages

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the technical or engineering industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines
