  • Create, review, and handle Purchase Orders (POs) using Yardi software with precision and compliance.
  • Monitor PO statuses to ensure timely approvals, delivery schedules, and completion of procurement cycles.
  • Maintain accurate records of open, fulfilled, and closed POs.
  • Review supplier invoices to verify alignment with POs, delivery receipts, and agreed terms.
  • Resolve discrepancies between invoices, POs, and delivery documentation by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Submit verified invoices to the finance department for timely processing and payment.
  • Maintain open communication with suppliers to address updates, delays, or issues proactively.
  • Ensure organized documentation of POs, invoices, supplier agreements, and procurement records.
  • Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in procurement, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Yardi software for procurement and invoice management (essential).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
