This role ensures that lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, and other public areas are consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for all guests and visitors. The ideal candidate is organized, quality-focused, and capable of managing a team effectively.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and upkeep of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and back-of-house areas.
• Assign duties and inspect the work of public area attendants to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Conduct regular inspections of public spaces to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues and take corrective action.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies, maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
• Train, coach, and support team members on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, cleaning schedules, supply usage, and team performance.
• Communicate effectively with other departments such as Engineering and Front Office to coordinate tasks and resolve issues promptly.
• Respond to guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Ensure all public area staff comply with health, safety, and company policies.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or hospitality certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or custodial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, housekeeping management systems).
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand/walk for extended periods.
