When we are thriving globally it’s not just about investing in our infrastructure, service offering, and technology, but by also investing in our people.The Role?To support the proposals team by coordinating proposal preparation and execution processes, ensuring that EnerMech’s offerings are accurately represented in tender submissions.Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of proposals and tenders.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for proposals.
  • Maintain an organized database of proposal documents and templates.
  • Ensure compliance with tender specifications and guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication between proposals team and other business units to ensure alignment.
  • Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
  • Prepare presentation materials for client meetings as required.
  • Manage the proposal approval process, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained before submission.
  • Review proposals for accuracy and consistency.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Proposals Manager to support the workload.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a proposals or project coordination role.
  • Understanding of the oil and gas industry, particularly in offshore or subsea sectors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal management software.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Expected salary: $80000 – 100000 per year
