(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.Responsibilities

• Coordination and development of technical proposals and presentations.
• Interfacing with technical personnel and coordinating submissions with subconsultants and joint-venture partners

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience required – writing and editing proposals/presentations in the engineering, architecture, environmental, and/or construction industries
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling proposal language
• The ability to multi-task, manage and meet deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of management
• Proficiency in Microsoft ® Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Adobe® InDesign
• Discipline to work in a hybrid work environment, including remote and in-office (Syosset)

The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
