Position Summary:CDI Contractors is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Proposal Coordinator. This dynamic role is responsible for managing the entire proposal development process and supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate will excel at graphic design, writing and editing compelling content, developing creative layouts, and working collaboratively across teams to achieve marketing and business development goals.Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of proposals, from receipt to submission, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics for deliverables, including custom diagrams, charts, infographics, and cover designs.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) to layout and format proposal materials, ensuring they are both professional and engaging.
• Write, edit, proofread, and format proposal content, ensuring that brand standards and a consistent tone are maintained.
• Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing staff and technical construction staff to develop proposals and marketing materials.

Basic Qualifications:

• Professional experience in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field.
• Ability to independently define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process, including the ability to understand and analyze RFQ/RFP requirements.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
• Exceptional organizational skills: ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing and managing simultaneous projects with competing demands.
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative and commitment to quality.
