JLL has a large pool of local and national clients, it gives you exposure to a very broad set of skills that can be applied across the different divisions at JLL.What this opportunity involves:We have an exciting opportunity to join our outstanding client portfolio team in Melbourne CBD as a Property Services Coordinator within our dynamic Help Desk team!The Helpdesk manages client requests regarding property and facilities repairs and maintenance. They are charged with ensuring that each and every caller’s request is managed from inception to completion and payment (if appropriate) to the satisfaction of the client.Key responsibilities:Answer all incoming calls from multi-client portfolio, addressing requests efficientlyAnalyse caller’s needs and implement the best strategy for superior customer satisfactionResolve and coordinate customer issues to completionMeasure costs against established service provider guidelinesVerify and track work orders through to completionApprove invoices, arrange payment and manage vendor payment queriesContinually build positive relationships with client personnelProblem solve effectively, distinguishing between symptoms and root causesTake ownership of issue resolution while knowing when to escalate critical mattersApply property management knowledge, including landlord/tenant responsibilities and lease interpretationSound like the job you are looking for?
