Job description: Property/ Real Estate Equity Research | Tier 1 Asset Management FundKey Responsibilities

• Assist research analysts and portfolio managers with data collection, analysis, and various portfolio management projects.
• Conduct micro and macro research, analyze country and sector fundamentals, and develop company inputs and cash flow models.
• Over time, evaluate investment opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region and take on primary analyst coverage, including attending conferences and company meetings.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in equity research at buy-side institutions or sell-side brokerages. Experience in listed real estate securities or related sectors is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated analytical skills in both written and oral communication.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research abilities; a background in statistics is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
