Job description: We are currently looking to recruit a Property Manager to work with a housing agency to manager a large portfolio across Ireland. This company are expanding and taking on new agreements at a rapid pace and require the specialised skill set from an individual who has a passion for the industry.
They have a portfolio of large residential facilities that based in the greater Dublin area and across Ireland. Client facing experience in essential for this role and you will have the full support or a team to assist in the management of the portfolio.About the PositionWithin the role you will be involved inOverseeing and managing a large portfolioManage assets and utility upgrade projects.Budget spending and expenditure controlMonitor work and maintenance teams.Manage Preventative maintenance schedules.Manage goals for the team and set out milestones of success.Manage all SLA’s.Manage building service compliance and Health & SafetyLiaise with internal stakeholders on expansion projects.Prepare reports for Senior Management and clients.Management of BMS’s Experience/RequirementsFor this role you must have5 years’ experience in Property ManagementExperienced in planning for large facilities.Problem solving attitude.A creative mentalityA positive attitude and the excellent work ethic.People management skills.Client facing experienceon 01-5927850 and hit the apply button below to send your cv.
