With over 150 employees, it is one of the largest provincial practices in New Zealand.We are seeking an experienced Property Finance Legal Executive to join our busy Property/Commercial team in Tauranga.About the Role:You will work within an energetic and collegial team managed by a Partner across a range of work including:

• Development funding;
• Developments – land acquisition, due diligence, structuring and pre-sale agreements;
• Commercial property – acting for landlords/property owners – acquisitions, disposals, structuring and leasing;
• Residential and commercial conveyancing;
• Subdivisions – both residential and commercial; and
• Some asset protection.

The team comprises a mix of Lawyers, Legal Executives and Support Staff at differing stages of their careers.What we are looking for:

• Qualified Legal Executive with 2-5 years’ experience;
• Has knowledge of concepts and structures around how financing, mortgages and securities work;
• Property/conveyancing experience;
• Strong client service orientation and a desire to add real value to every client interaction;
• Strong work ethic;
• Excellent communication, written, analytical and transaction management skills; and
• Down to earth and collaborative interpersonal style (be a team player).
