We have an exciting opportunity for a Property and Stakeholder Coordinator to join our Team at Port Taranaki.The opportunityWe are seeking a person who can apply their strong administration and coordination skills to property management, community engagement, and executive and board meeting coordination.This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of our wider support services team and contribute to our long-term success.Key responsibilities

  • Property record management and administration: ensuring accurate data and records are kept by overseeing the CRM database and ReLeased platform. Support and manage client, contract, and property information, and ensuring effective processes for record storage, updates, and reporting. Liaise with legal teams, tenants, and other property stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder engagement: assisting with the implementation of Port Taranaki’s community engagement strategy, assisting with sponsorship budgets, coordinating communications with Iwi and Hapu, assisting with the creation of marketing campaigns, and ensuring online assets are accurate and engaging.
  • Board of directors meeting coordination: Deliver administration support through organising board meeting bookings, ensuring documents are available for upload, coordinating catering, and handling office management tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • General executive and office administration: build strong relationships across our business by delivering administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

About youYou have previous administration experience and can be agile in your day-to-day work. To set yourself up for success, you ideally also have:

  • A strong customer and business partnership focus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • A customer-focused, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.
  • Great digital systems knowledge.

While not essential, it would be great if you also had:

  • An understanding of executing marketing campaigns.
  • Property management experience.
  • Experience in coordinating senior executive leaders and board of directors’ activities.
