You’ll work alongside **dedicated and collaborative** teammates.You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, monitoring, and execution of projects from inception to closure. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**Project Managers, Sub-System Managers, Financial Controllers**), oversee critical project planning activities, and support bid activities, among other responsibilities.You’ll specifically take care of **developing comprehensive project schedules and monitoring progress**, but also **ensuring alignment with customer and contractual requirements**.We’ll look to you for:Developing and managing project programmes that incorporate engineering documentation delivery, materials planning, and site activities.Monitoring progress and identifying critical paths to ensure project objectives are met in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.Providing accurate reporting on Work Package progress and ensuring functional activities are coordinated to address bottlenecks proactively.Organizing and leading periodic project schedule sessions to highlight gaps between actual progress and baseline plans.Maintaining robust interfaces between Planning, Finance, and Project Management to ensure timely and accurate project reporting.Supporting project coordination meetings to address engineering, sourcing, quality, cost, and delivery aspects.Contributing to lessons learned (REX), sharing best practices, and supporting audits of programmes against planning procedures.Preparing and delivering internal and customer-facing reports, including EVM, physical progress curves, and monthly/weekly updates.Occasionally traveling to project sites as needed to collect information and support project review meetings.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
