You will have expertise in Feasibility Studies, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), and project execution phases, with a focus on delivering accurate schedules, progress reports, and risk-mitigation strategies. You will produce/review planning deliverables such as Gantt charts, critical path analyses, resource allocation plans, and earned value management (EVM) reports. Your role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, aligning schedules with budgets, and ensuring compliance with project objectives. Job Description Lead project planning activities, including schedule development, baseline establishment, and progress tracking using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP, Primavera P6 Certification) are advantageous. 8+ years of hands-on experience in project planning/scheduling within the power, energy, oil & gas, or construction sectors. Proven expertise in detailed scheduling for combined cycle power plants, gas turbine projects, or industrial facilities. Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP) and advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or data analytics tools. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Critical Path Method, Earned Value Management). Familiarity with risk management frameworks and tools for schedule contingency planning. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, procurement timelines, and construction sequences. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to resolve scheduling conflicts. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
