Job description: _ A. Education _ Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture or in Civil Engineering _ B. Experience _ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering), and Architecture. Professional licensure or certification relevant to the field. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Construction. At least 1 year spent on Planning and Cost Control tasks and 1 year on Field Operations. Understanding of construction methodology, building technology, preconstruction processes, and procurement method methods Has adequate working knowledge of office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office applications. Familiarity with scheduling software (MS Project, P6), SAP, and other project management tools. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Demonstrates mathematical, and analytical skills Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player. Willingness to learn and adapt to work environment. _ C. Eligibility _ Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect, preferred Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary * Overtime pay
