Your Role Reporting to the Director, Corporate Security as a Project Manager, you will manage multiple, large and complex information security projects from inception to completion, involving several facets of security including physical security, investigations, digital forensics, travel security, and supply chain security. You will work with partners from across the enterprise to develop plans, manage vendors and monitor results, in order to proactively identify any issues and communicate them accordingly. You will work collaboratively within Security, PMO, IT leadership, and internal customers to establish the project and program portfolio and prioritize within that portfolio for execution. You will provide project execution leadership and management, adhering to project methodology and compliance standards, as well as acting as the Project Manager throughout the lifecycle of projects. You will support the execution of the overall security program strategy, utilizing change management strategies to drive enterprise alignment and managing stakeholder and vendor relations to ensure that project expectations are met. You will serve as the day-to-day point person to handle project issues, and changes in scope, providing clarity relative to ambiguous requirements or deliverables and working to resolve or mitigate issues and risks. In addition to attending stand-ups and communicate to higher level stakeholders on project momentum, you will conduct routine status calls and project status reporting. Identifies, evaluates and develops opportunities for training and awareness materials to educate users on security policies and practices from lessons learned on physical security, corporate investigations, digital forensics, travel security, and supply chain security functions. Fulfill other tasks and obligations assigned by corporate security senior management including but not limited to supporting operational tasks for greenfield projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field of study, or equivalent experience, coupled with proven progressive project and/or program management experience, including management of major projects, in a large operating environment. Experience as a Project Manager using Agile methodology, with emphasis in JIRA, relative to the implementation of leading-edge IT and/or security technologies, solutions, and tools for large enterprise and demonstrated ability to understand and address the potential impact of security projects on business value creation. Practical knowledge managing and delivering technical security projects within one or more (or adjacent to any) of the following functions: Physical Security, Corporate Investigations, Digital Forensics, Supply Chain Security, and Travel Security that involve integrating various technologies or frameworks and/or replacement of older security technologies with newer ones. Familiarity with industry leading and broad spectrum of workplace security infrastructure solutions, products, and frameworks (e.g. data loss prevention, information protection, digital rights management, insider threat management, supply chain security management, travel risk assessment, access control and security management) plus knowledge of technology product offerings and experience with hardware, software and software development methodologies to enable an understanding of the impact of a new project and its impact on a technology product. Familiarity with managing security infrastructure related projects including installation of security solutions on Windows Server or Linux/UNIX (cloud/on-premise), deployment of security tools to servers and endpoint devices, and maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of related issues. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Office 365 (especially MS Excel and Powerpoint) for project management, documentation, data analysis, and presentation is required. Knowledge of common security frameworks (e.g. NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2) and other industry standards. Strong communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in managing extensive client interactions and providing detailed status/progress for the projects on weekly (or as-needed frequency) basis. Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are preferred. Agile/Scrum certifications such as CSM, CSPO, A-CSM, A-CSPO, CSP-SM, and/or CSP-PO are advantageous. Master of Business Administration (MBA) is advantageous. Willing to work night shift to cater to US business work hours, plus occasional holiday and weekend duties.
