  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program communications framework to ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for formal program communications, disseminating key messages, updates, and formal announcements through various channels.
  • Coordinate and minute regular program status meetings, stakeholder forums, and on request of program or delivery director or any other senior stakeholder workshops to facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment among project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute program communications materials, including presentations, reports, newsletters, and executive briefings, to convey program progress, milestones, and achievements.
  • Controls and monitor program scope, time, and cost .
  • Identifying competing program requirements to meet requirements within allocated time and cost and bring to attention to program and delivery director

Governance and Compliance

  • Documents project throughout the project lifecycle including planning, analysis, design, development, deployment and closure.
  • Documents and raises discrepancies with key project deliverables, project plans, communication plans and status reports.
  • Documents implementation of the Core Banking system.
  • Perform Impact analysis for changes impacting Core Banking project from a cost and time perspective.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Manage Project teams effectively.
  • Establish and maintain program governance structures, processes, and standards to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate program governance meetings, including steering committee meetings, governance reviews, audit reviews, to provide oversight and direction to the program, ensure constant documentation for audit, governance and tracking purposes
  • Monitor program performance against established KPIs, milestones, and budgetary constraints, and create a report on program status, risks, and issues for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with program and corporate / IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, and implement corrective actions as needed to address gaps or deviations.
  • Maintain and oversee all required documentation on the Program SharePoint site or equivalent, grants and revokes rights and roles on the documentation site and ensures eligibility of accessors
  • Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders to provide visibility into project status, issues, and key metrics
  • Work closely with Delivery Manager and Program Manager to set priorities .
  • Follow Standards and guidelines provided by the Corporate, IT G and Project PMO office.

Documentation Management:

  • Manage and maintain the Program SharePoint site to ensure the appropriate level of documentation is available for stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement document management standards, templates, and naming conventions to ensure consistency and organization.
  • Regularly review and update documentation to reflect project progress, changes, and decisions.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among project teams by organizing and categorizing documents for easy access.
  • Acts as single point of contact for information gathering trough the documentation platform for project people and stakeholders

Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Minimum experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Project management, with a focus on large-scale transformation programs within the banking or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a bank or financial institution , while 2 to 3 years of experience in implementation of Temenos Transact Core Banking System
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing and executing communication frameworks and training programs
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Good facilitations skills Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Technology services and delivery preferably with some exposure to the financial services sector
