So that together we can support even more people – including our own – to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.If you believe in better, we’d love to hear from you.About the Role Lead the strategic roadmap and execution of U Care’s digital platform enhancements, ensuring the platform delivers a superior experience for U Care’s network partners and supports the organization’s broader strategic prioritiesRoles and Responsibilities:Spearhead cross-functional collaboration and alignment across different teams and pillars to achieve project goals
Drive the execution of joint initiatives with external partners and stakeholders through AIA HK’s Integrated Health Strategy (IHS)
Collaborate closely with other departments like Network Management, Marketing, and Operations to promote and deliver the organization’s value proposition
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on project strategy and address operational pain points
Design multi-year roadmaps and frameworks to govern key processes and initiatives
Overseeing the documentations relating to the project development, including operational flows, vendor management and benefits calculationsMinimum Job Requirements:5+ years of experience in a project management or strategy consulting role
Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify high-impact opportunities
Proven track record of designing and executing strategic plans and roadmaps
Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry preferred
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with leadership and external partners
Communication skills including but not limited to strong English written (e.g. Word reports, PPTs) as well as English / Chinese verbal communications
Strong self-drive and ownership; can-do mindset and comfort with stepping out of comfort zone to solve problemsOthers:
