Job description: JOB OVERVIEWRevenue Ops LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee and support the successful execution of client and internal projects across our fast-paced consulting practice. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timelines are met, tasks are tracked and delegated effectively, customer support inquiries are addressed or routed appropriately, and stakeholders are aligned from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a strong command of English, is comfortable navigating complex projects in a dynamic environment, and can confidently lead cross-functional communication across marketing, sales, and operations technologies.Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning sessions and create detailed project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.Track the progress of multiple client and internal projects simultaneously using Mission Control in Salesforce.Coordinate with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure clarity on tasks, status, and expectations.Provide light customer support by responding to or triaging client questions, minor issues, and service-related requests in a timely and professional manner.Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure successful delivery.Facilitate regular project status meetings and maintain clear documentation of action items and next steps.Communicate project updates clearly in written and verbal English to clients and internal stakeholders.Support creation of project briefs, statements of work (SOWs), and other client-facing materials as needed.Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a SaaS, RevOps, or consulting environment.Strong written and spoken English; ability to lead client meetings and document outcomes with clarity.Ability to work EST hours (9AM-5PM Eastern Time) consistently.Experience managing projects in platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar RevOps tools is a plus.Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall methodologies; PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.Customer-focused mindset with an ability to handle support communications professionally and effectively.Preferred Traits:
