Job description: Project descriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with exceptional PowerPoint expertise, strong operational knowledge, and a background from IIM or other premium management institutes. The ideal candidate will lead and manage projects with a focus on both strategic and operational execution while demonstrating advanced presentation skills to effectively communicate project updates, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, operational insight, and creativity in crafting visually compelling presentations to drive decision-making and stakeholder engagement.Responsibilities

  • – Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. – Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. – Create and design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for project updates, strategy discussions, and stakeholder meetings, delivering clear and visually impactful content. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, drive project milestones, and address operational challenges effectively. – Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, presenting actionable insights and recommendations through clear and concise slides. – Conduct operational analyses to streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices across projects. – Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed, and project objectives are clearly communicated. – Support leadership in strategic initiatives by preparing data-driven presentations and operational reports. – Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies. – Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior team members as required.

SKILLSMust have

  • – 4+ years of experience in similar role – MBA/PGDM from IIM or other premium management institutes. – Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. – Exceptional skills in creating visually appealing, professional, and data-driven PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex information effectively. – Strong understanding of operational processes, including resource planning, reporting, and process optimization. – Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings in a clear, actionable format. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences, including executives and stakeholders. – Proven ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels to align project objectives and drive outcomes. – Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

Nice to have– Experience in industries like financial services, IT, or consulting is a plus. – Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. – Familiarity with other presentation or visualization tools like Canva or Prezi is an advantage. – PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certifications. – Exposure to change management practices to support organizational transitions
