Work Day: Monday – FridayAalis Management Consulting seeks a Project Manager who will be the primary point of contact, overseeing overall performance and ensuring the successful development and execution of assigned projects. This role requires end-to-end project management, from initial concept through final implementation, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including end users, IT services, and client teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in project delivery, and the ability to effectively manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and performance expectations.
  • Lead all phases of the project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and status reports.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing risks or issues promptly.
  • Monitor project funding, expenditures, and burn rates to ensure financial accountability.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review all project deliverables before submission.
  • Manage vendor integration, including task coordination and review of vendor deliverables.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Business, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a contract or client-facing role.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Financial acumen with experience tracking budgets and resource allocation.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results within constraints.
