Project Manager PMP Certified
Tallahassee, FL(Onsite)—Locals Only
Long Term Contract
Need Overall 12+Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects is must.Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of IT experience in project coordination or project management
• 2 years of experience in managing IT projects or leading project teams
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2 years of experience in maintaining project documentation and status reporting
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project
• 2 years of experience in stakeholder communication and team collaboration

Preferred:

• 2 years of experience in stakeholder communication and team collaboration
• 2 years of experience using JIRA for project tracking and issue management
• 2 years of experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration
• 2 years of experience in criminal justice technology or similar domain
• 2 years of experience creating status reports for executive or legislative audiences
• 2 years of experience in meeting facilitation and documentation
• 2 years of experience maintaining detailed project plans and work breakdown structures
• 2 years of experience preparing grant support materials and budget documentation
• 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams on IT implementations
• Aptitude for creating a collaborative and innovative work environment

Specific Skills:

• Project management
• Risk assessment and mitigation
• Communication and stakeholder coordination
• Status tracking, reporting, documentation
• Tools: MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
• Familiarity with Java technology lifecycle
