The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and possess an ability to think strategically while managing complex projects. This role also includes the development and monitoring of project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics. Furthermore, the Project Manager will facilitate communication between all parties involved, ensuring that any risks or issues are promptly identified and addressed. • Lead the planning and implementation of fixed network projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery according to defined timelines.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and securing necessary funding.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and foster collaboration among team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management within the telecommunications or fixed networks sector.
• Strong understanding of fixed network technologies, including fiber optics and DSL.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
