  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate with project stakeholders to establish project goals, objectives, and requirements. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Contractor Management: Select and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for interior construction projects. Negotiate contracts, review bids, and ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures throughout the construction process. Identify cost-saving opportunities, value engineering solutions, and change orders as needed. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction milestones and deliverables. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to manage workflow, resolve scheduling conflicts, and minimize delays.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and provide ongoing safety training to project personnel.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors. Facilitate regular project meetings, progress updates, and coordination efforts to keep all parties informed and aligned.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders. Generate regular progress reports, budget updates, and other project-related documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
