Description:·The Project Manager Master/Stakeholder Engagement will oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management, engagement and communication for our Government Client.

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to enhance stakeholder relationships and promote Client’s IT solutions.
• Manage stakeholders’ expectations to support program objectives
• Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
• Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Proactively engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and managing feedback to mitigate risks.
• Contribute to the Transition-In Plan, Program Management Plan (PMP), and Quality Control Plan (QCP).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
• Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in people management.
• Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities.
• Operate independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Security: Personnel must have or be eligible for Common Access Cards (CACs)

Work location will be at Government site in Falls Church, VA
