• Desing management (Projekteringsledelse): Lead and oversee the successful execution of projects across various sectors, ensuring project goals are met with a focus on time, cost, quality, and risk
• Project Goals: Meet defined objectives, including schedules, budgets, and quality standards, by working with design teams to implement cost-effective concepts and solutions
• Client Support: Advise clients on project development and procurement strategies, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle
• Planning and Monitoring: Prepare and maintain detailed time schedules and cost estimates while tracking resources, progress, and milestones
• Contractor Supervision: Oversee contractor activities on-site, ensure compliance with project plans and standards

QualificationsA completed degree in Civil Engineering, Property, Structural Engineering, Architectural or similarSound professional experience leading and managing projects in the above mentioned role (preferably +5 years of relevant experience)Sound knowledge of ABR18/YBLA very good understanding of client relationship management, including the ability to prioritize client needs, maintain professional relationships, and ensure continued engagement post-project completionExcellent communication and social skills, both in Danish and English; German is a plusCollaboration skills with a confident and persuasive presenceExperience with Dalux is a plusAdditional InformationBenefiting from the diverse knowledge and expertise of our international colleagues and collaborationWe promote your professional and personal development through individual training and further education at the Drees & Sommer AcademyWe support your health with a bonus for sports enthusiasts or a subsidy for membership.
