• Project Oversight: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of the forecasting system implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Vendor Coordination: Work closely with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure smooth development and rollout of solutions.
• System Integration: Oversee API integration and ensure seamless communication between the forecasting system and existing enterprise systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, service teams, and local IT to gather requirements, align objectives, and drive project success.
• Testing and Validation: Lead testing efforts, including parallel runs, to validate system accuracy and reliability before full deployment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend actionable improvements to enhance system performance.

skills & experiences required.

• 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain or demand forecasting projects.
• Strong domain knowledge in supply chain processes, including demand and supply planning.
• Familiarity with API integration and system testing methodologies.
• Experience working with external vendors on development and implementation projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
