• Opportunity for a full-time Project Manager to join the team
• The role is offered on a fixed-term basis until 30 June 2026
• Based in Macquarie Park, with hybrid work arrangements (3 days in office)

This role is crucial in driving transformative change across the business, ensuring we stay ahead in a fast-paced and evolving industry. You will do this by:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Manage project execution, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across tasks and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with organisational frameworks.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document actions, and ensure compliance with WHS and regulatory obligations.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, with a focus on application development and data management.
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FinOps) and Customer Engagement (CE)
• Experience in implementing inventory solutions, payments or procurement in Dynamics 365 ideal

• PMP, Prince2 or similar project management qualification ideal

• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
• Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and budget management.
• Technically adept at delivering robust technology solutions.
• Resilient under pressure, with a commitment to customer service excellence.
• Alignment with Hearing Australia’s values and compliance standards.
