- Based in Macquarie Park, with hybrid work arrangements (3 days in office)

This role is crucial in driving transformative change across the business, ensuring we stay ahead in a fast-paced and evolving industry. You will do this by:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Manage project execution, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across tasks and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with organisational frameworks.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document actions, and ensure compliance with WHS and regulatory obligations.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, with a focus on application development and data management.
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FinOps) and Customer Engagement (CE)
- Experience in implementing inventory solutions, payments or procurement in Dynamics 365 ideal
- PMP, Prince2 or similar project management qualification ideal
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and budget management.
- Technically adept at delivering robust technology solutions.
- Resilient under pressure, with a commitment to customer service excellence.
