As a consultant with our client, you’ll receive:

  • Support management of project progress,

budget, milestones, communications, risks,
issues, and dependencies

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on

communications, processes, and procedures

  • Support development and maintenance of

relevant documentation

  • Participate in knowledge transfer activities

– Program-Level Support: Help establish and maintain program governance, and support the Program Director and Program Manager on tactical program activities.– Change Management: Partner with the change management team to support change management activities and ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes across the organization.– Executive Status Reporting: Prepare and present detailed status reports to executive leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Program Operations Support:
– Meeting Co-ordination: Partner with the Office of the CIO and Executive Assistants (EAs) to coordinate and manage leadership and executive-level meetings, ensuring agendas are well-prepared and distributed in advance.– Program Communications: Develop and manage program communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.– Meeting Outcome Management: Document and distribute meeting notes, ensuring action items are tracked and followed up.– Integrated-Plan Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of integrated program plan using Smartsheet.– RAID Log: Maintain and manage the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) log to ensure all project risks and issues are tracked and addressed.Qualifications
Proven track record in supporting complex initiatives involving people, process, and technology changes.
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Smartsheet.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and thrive in ambiguous situations.Summary
