Our client has an immediate need to hire several Project Managers on a 4-year contract (2-yr initial + 2y-r renewal), reference number RFR-0679, for their Regina, SK location. The position requires regular onsite meetings so candidates must be local to the Regina area or willing to relocate for the duration of the contract.What you will be doing:Develop the terms of the detailed project plan in consultation with the Project Leadership Team.Produce the Project Plan and gain Project Sponsor approval.Ensure the project is undertaken in accordance with the standards, processes and documentation which follow Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.Produce deliverables on time, within budget and to specification ensuring project objectives are met.Ensure the work products and deliverables are completed in compliance with technical standards.Facilitate integration of project touch points (interconnections) across related projects if required.Monitor and report on project performance: scope, schedule, cost, and quality of project deliverables.Identify, monitor and manage risks related to the delivery of the project.Provide timely communications and reporting regarding projects risks, issues and concerns to the team, Project Sponsors and relevant stakeholders.Organize and facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops, meetings and prepare presentations.Work collaboratively with third party vendors and other partners to include their delivery as part of the overall implementation plan.Develop project change requests (scope, time and cost) while negotiating and sharing financial implications and/or impact with the Project Sponsor.Identify changes to resourcing requirements.Leverage platforms like ServiceNow to create and manage automated business workflows effectively.Utilize Azure DevOps to manage requirements and oversee project activities.Oversee large IT projects, such as CRM implementations, including cloud integration, from initiation to completion.What you must have:Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification. Copy of Certificate to be providedDemonstrated experience as a practicing Project Manager managing a complex CÚRAM technology-based implementation project to support publicly funded social programs.Demonstrated experience in implementing practices and techniques to navigate project governance frameworks is essential, including conducting project team meetings and engaging with Executive Steering Committees.Proven record of achievement as a Project Manager demonstrating experience in successfully working in an IT project environment overseeing 3rd party implementors and proprietary technology solutions.Demonstrated experience managing at least two large CRM projects with cloud integrations (large means budget of at least $500,000). Provide project complexity, budget, and team size.Proven record of achievement as a Project Manager demonstrating significant experience in successfully working in an IT project environment with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.Demonstrated experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps.Demonstrated experience working with tools such as ServiceNow for tasks and ticket management.Experience working in the public sector is considered an asset.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
