- Plan and manage R&D projects and product development initiatives.
- Lead project teams in execution projects including schedule management, task management, risk management, budget management, and processes improvement.
- Build alignment and lead collaboration with other departments including but not limit to: Marketing, Application team, Purchasing, Manufacture, Service, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality.
- Work in a global environment and collaborate with global teams to ensure project excecution
- Contribute to building a competitive project team, from team building activity and other measures
- Lead by personal influence, positive attitude
Education / 教育背景Master’s Degree or above in mechatronics, computer science, precision instrument, control engineering or related engineering fieldObjectives of this role
- 4+ year’s working experience in device development, familiar with R&D development process
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including partners and vendors
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
