Job description: Your area of work:You will be working within Post Trade IT Project, Portfolio & Implementation Management. The unit is responsible for managing project within the Clearstream Security Services area, for the overall implementation plan as well as the Release management.As Project Management Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Project Managers in their projects’ daily handling. You will also interface with all the project’s team members as well as main stakeholders.You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitudeYour ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager Officer you will significantly contribute to Deutsche Börse Group overall strategy.Your main responsibilities are the following:

• Assist the project manager with budget follow-up and plan monitoring
• Assign project tasks and support change management process
• Help with reporting requirements at various levels
• Analyze and structure information
• Establish and maintain team relationships
• Prepare implementation activities and attend meetings
• Take meeting minutes as needed
• Report and escalate issues to the project manager

Your Profile

• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile/Waterfall)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyse the information and provide it in a structured way
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Time management skills
• Knowledge in MS Office applications
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Alfresco and Clarity would be an advantage.
