Job description: Field of activityAs Project Management Officer you act as central coordinator for projects in Clearstream Client Services Section. As well, you will drive product enhancements in collaboration with Product Management teams. A further focal point of your activity will be process improvement and digitalization initiatives within Client Services. Lastly, certain Client Services support tasks are centralized as well in the team.Tasks/responsibilities

  • Act as PMO for Client Service Section projects and as SME for Client Services in projects involving different departments
  • Prepare execution and execute projects against project plans, managing multiple workstreams and aligning closely with relevant external and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver against project scope, timeline and budget, resolve problems and mitigate risks
  • Maintain highest quality deliverables within given timeframes through sharp attention to detail and close reviews of work products
  • Prepare decision proposals, status reports as well as analysis for senior management and for relevant management meetings
  • Prepare program management, senior management and board documentation related to the project status and progress and conduct presentation to these parties
  • Define, shape and enhance the client journey using data/KPI analysis and promoting digital transformation initiatives
  • Centralize client-driven product enhancement requests, filter and scope requirements and align within Client Services for further discussion with/development by Product Management
  • Client Services Support activities, e.g. Client Surveys, client migrations, excessive client behaviour analysis, etc.
  • Always maintain the client as focal point of all activities in focus

Qualifications/required skills:

  • University degree in economics, business or other quantitative subjects
  • A first experience in the Financial Area would be an advantage
  • Formalized project management certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or SRUM are considered an asset
  • Track record of delivering complex initiatives with strong results
  • Structured approach to problem solving
  • Self-motivated with an independent, pro-active and focused approach and strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with high degree of reliability
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to handle ad-hoc requests with precise results, managing multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to prepare and communicate complex analysis for different target groups
  • Experience with international teams
  • A team player with excellent communication skills, highly motivated and flexible
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English. Additional languages, particularly German, would be a strong advantage
