Job description: Our client is a pioneering company in the gaming industry, known for their innovation and player satisfaction. With over 25 years of experience, they have created popular titles and remain an independent studio, committed to creative freedom and high-quality game development, powered by their proprietary engine.They are looking for a business and project-oriented manager for their new unannounced game, which will be the successor to one of their biggest brands. This role is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, can manage a larger team, and has several successfully implemented game or IT projects. • Defining and implementing long-term goals and strategies for the success of our client’s game projects, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction
• Project management and setting up project processes at all stages; active monitoring and management of development phases with an emphasis on quality, deadlines, and budget; detailed planning, continuous project monitoring, and adherence to deadlines
• Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project progress, always keeping the client’s needs in mind
• Constantly looking for ways to improve processes and achieve better results for our client
• Responsibility for building the entire team and ensuring their development, motivation, and addressing the team’s needs to achieve the project goals in accordance with the management’s vision

About you:

• Project experience: Ability to manage complex projects with extensive internal teams and external subcontractors
• Proven experience: in leading large projects with a strong emphasis on business and financial performance
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, especially with clients
• Goal orientation: Proactive approach and strong focus on achieving set goals and results for our client
• Proactive and positive approach: Ability to find solutions to a variety of challenges, always considering the client’s perspective
• Fluent knowledge of Czech and English
