Job description: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Executive to join our Fairs & Events Logistics Team in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for events, logistics, and delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics solutions for international exhibitions, fairs, and events, ensuring smooth and timely execution from planning to on-site operations.Working Location: Tin Shui WaiJob Responsibilities:Coordinate & communicate professionally with clients, warehouse, truck drivers & customerImplement proactive action and service to secure existing customers and cultivate potential businessCoordinate end-to-end logistics arrangements for exhibitions, trade fairs, and special events, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and on-site handling.Prepare invoices & various reportsServe as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution.Job Requirements:Diploma or above, with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates will be considered)Candidate with experience in transportation arrangement will definite be an advantageExcellent telephone manner and communication skills as well as accurate typing skillFluent Cantonese, good command of written & spoken EnglishGood PC literacy such as Word, ExcelPleasant, mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, detailed mind and willing to learnAbility to cope with high volume of email communication and ensuring all inquiries are properly followed on a timely basisProvide support on works during weekend if necessaryWillingness to work irregular hours and travel to various locations during exhibitions or eventsA team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.Ready to start your journey at DSV Solutions?
