Job description: Job DescriptionResponsibilities

• Ensure the constructability of engineering deliverables
• Manage the project interface that includes multiple disciplines, engineering centres, project controls, procurement, and 3rd party contractors/suppliers
• Perform duties with no direct supervision and within agreed schedules and budgets
• Provides all necessary input and support in project progress and reporting
• Execute interfaces and carry out corrective actions in regard to engineering design
• Play an integral part in bid preparation, which involves the support for proposal development, bid approval and project execution plans
• Review ITB (Invitation to Bid) documents submitted in proposals stage and prepare/review manhour estimates
• Ensure compatibility and conformance with client specifications and recommend cost effective improvements to equipment selection and fabrication methodologies
• Participate and lead multi-discipline engineering design reviews and provide all necessary input and approval to close out of actions
• Provide assistance when required for strategic procurement planning, including long lead items enquiry

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 18 years of working experience in the marine & offshore industry
• At least 15 years of experience in managing FPSO/FLNG EPC Projects
• At least 8 years of experience in Managerial capacity
• Completed AT LEAST 2 full cycle topside EPC projects, with no less than 18 modular units
• Rich experience in FEED/Detailed Design and EPC Projects
• Excellent management capability, including delegation and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
