Bristol (2 days/week in office, flexible remote work, and close collaboration with the London team)I’m working with a leading, multidisciplinary consultancy that’s looking for a Project Development Planning (Environmental) Consultant to join their team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, or a related field, who enjoys working on diverse and impactful projects.What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be involved in a variety of planning and infrastructure projects while collaborating closely with the London team. Key responsibilities include:Reviewing and simplifying technical and non-technical reports for clientsPreparing Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs), Sustainability Statements, Waste Management Plans, and moreConducting research and sourcing data for environmental assessmentsCoordinating internal resources and managing sub-consultant teams for project deliveryDeveloping skills in project management, budgeting, and financial oversightContributing to business development and bid preparation effortsWorking within quality management systemsMentoring junior team members while working towards professional chartershipWhat they’re looking for:A degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Geography, Town Planning, or a similar field (MSc preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); familiarity with GIS/CAD software is a plusStrong communication skills and attention to detailA team player who’s organised, with a client-focused mindsetFull UK driving licenceApply now!
