A day in the life:
Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding process activities for multiple stakeholder teams.
Engaging with technology stakeholders and teams. o Facilitating planning/hiring sessions with India-based and NA-based teams as needed. o Support Tech Managers with recruitment and onboarding.
Coordinate new team member onboarding and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Keeping all supporting documents and files up to date.
Communicate and collaborate with colleagues and if occasionally required support in the following tasks:
Schedule meetings, workshops, and team events to support the team. o Take and distribute meeting notes and organize follow up items, actions, and sessions.
Manage Program documentation and consolidate document platforms to ensure simplicity and increase easy of finding documents.
Support Upstream Supply Chain leadership team with their calendars and additional tasks if required.
Support Project Managers in budget management activities if required.
In collaboration with our teams, organize, deliver, and participate in Program Team activities and celebrations.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
o Function as the point of contact and communicate recruiting status to leadership team.Qualifications
Proven work as a Project Coordinator, administrator, or similar role.
Demonstrated knowledge of best practice project management methodologies and a desire for continuous improvement.
Working knowledge of Smartsheet, SharePoint, and the MS Suite.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organization and follow-up capabilities.
Bonus asks: o Experience working in an Agile environment/Confluence.
o Jira and Confluence proficiency.Additional Manager Comments:Comfortable in a high growth, fast paced, ever changing environment.
Excellent communications skills: verbal and written.
Ability to meet agreed performance and quality targets.
