Prepares full specifications for contracted work, reviews contract documents, requests for proposals for consultants, and recommends award. Coordinates and reviews work plans against defined project scope. Maintains proper project documentation to safeguard the department from contractor/supplier claims. Develops project schedules based on input from the project team. Ensures design compliance with respect to project scope and quality by coordinating design/constructability/maintainability requirements of all TTC departments. Coordinates the preparation of reports related to future project requirements, workload forecasts, and performance measurement. Provides constant support to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
