Job description: REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering from reputed institutions (the qualification attained from outside of Oman should have same equivalency from Ministry of Higher Education of Oman.
• Membership with the Oman Society of Engineers is a must.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in a senior position in road construction domain with minimum of 10 years’ experience in project controls.
• Proficiency in the use of project management software and strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Familiarity with Oman Highway Design Standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in imparting training shall be advantageous.
