Job description: Job Summary :Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our Clinical Safety team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. • Provide day to day project support to the clinical safety department;
• Support safety coordinators and managers with follow-up on lab reports;
• Create safety letters;
• Work with clinical research physicians regarding results of lab reports;
• Create tracking spreadsheets for clinical safety events and lab reports;
• Compile and distribute safety notification letters; and
• Interact with internal and external team members on the status of reports.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent;
• At least 1 year of clinical safety experience is necessary;
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required; and
• Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
