• Administrative support
• Organize meetings
• Prepare works order

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support to the Service Manager or Service Manager’s delegates in contract supervision;
• Organize meetings, compilation of spreadsheets and documents drafting;
• Prepare works order, record keeping, progress supervision and complaint handling;
• Other duties assigned by the Service Manager or Service Manager’s delegates
• 4-year contract basis

Requirements:

• University graduate in Management/ Language or related disciplines;
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Experience in engineering field is advantage
