Job description: Duties and Responsibilities:– Having experience in handling project accounts for projects in UAE (Oil & Gas)
– Having experience in project contract review and firm understanding of terms and conditions
– Knowledge in progress invoicing, BOQ monitoring.
– Project wise cost-control and budget monitoring
– Receivable follow-ups & Reconciliation
– Payroll preparation as per site timekeeping
– Payable monitoring and reconciliation of payments
– Monthly VAT return submission
– Understanding of ICV guidelines & Audit
– Knowledge of working in financial ERP & payroll software , implementation of ERP SystemsKey Experience and Skills:– The right candidate should have hands-on experience on implementing ERP / Accounting system.
– The candidate should have experience working as a Finance Business Partner, collaborating and partnering closely with key business stakeholders to meet role expectations, and demonstrating independence along with strong stakeholder management skills.Job Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi but will require regular travel between the two locations.Educational Qualification – Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Accounting (B.Com.). Masters Degree in Accounting would be advantageous.Experience: Minimum 10+ years experience majorly with Abu Dhabi Companies handling ADNOC-related and construction projects.
