You’ll ensure that solutions meet organisational and stakeholder expectations by embedding robust quality assurance processes, managing risk in accordance with ACC standards, and facilitating compliance with internal and external assurance requirements.You’ll provide guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with strategic outcomes, while also acting as a trusted advisor to delivery teams and leading engagement with assurance bodies.For a detailed job description, please click .The role will ideally be based in Wellington, Hamilton or Auckland.Ko wai koe | About youYou’re a quality and risk leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivery excellence. You bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Risk Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a portfolio or programme-level quality and risk leadership role, ideally within a government or regulated environment
• In-depth understanding of assurance practices, risk frameworks, and quality management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive actionable insights from performance data
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working within or with ACC standards and controls (highly desirable)
• Proven performance in the application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi for the design of policies, systems, and processes
