• Managing different projects by ensuring the effective implementation of BHF Project Cycle Management Framework
• Review and provide constructive feedback on reports submitted by the partners to ensure accuracy, alignment with project objectives, and compliance with reporting guidelines
• Ensure that project issues, challenges, and risks are documented, communicated to relevant levels and resolved
• Ensure that project documents such as PDMPs, Work Plans, Situational Analysis etc are regularly updated
• Collect and compile case studies highlighting project achievements and impact.
• Ensure that partnership agreements are inplace in line with BHF PCM Framework and donors’ guidelines
• Ensure that partners capacity assessments and due diligence are updated for all partners every 3-5 years as per the PCM framework
• Support the renewal process of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and Annual Plan of Actions (APAs) with relevant government authorities.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments of the projects
• Provide training and support to partners to enhance their capacity in safety protocols and safeguarding measures, ensuring a secure and protected environment for all stakeholders involved
• Periodically update the country’s risk management plan
• Any other relevant task as assigned by senior management
