Job description: Program BackgroundClimate Resilient Communities (CRC) supports implementation of the Australian Government’s climate change commitments under Australia’s International Development Policy, in line with partner government priorities.CRC supports the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to increase climate investments, drive climate integration, and better address climate change and disaster risk across Australia’s development portfolio.The Role:The Program/MIS Coordinator works within the CRC Support Unit (CRCSU) Operations team to support managing and maintaining a forthcoming Management Information System (MIS) to ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility. Additionally, the Program/MIS Coordinator will support the logistical, reporting and administrative requirements of CRCSUClick on the link or copy paste it to access the full Terms of Reference for this position:About YouEssential Experience and Knowledge

• Good knowledge or interest of MIS, database management systems, process flows, analytical reports
• Experience working in a similar role, preferably in an international development context
• Demonstrated experience or interest in operations, administrative and logistics support
• High level of computing skills with experience in word processing, spreadsheets, Share Point and databases
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in liaising with a range of partners, stakeholders and vendors and supporting staff to build their capacity to work with information systems
• Dynamic and flexible to be able to respond to changing priorities
