Job description: The Program Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the planning and execution of strategic initiatives across operational functions. This position requires a strong leader with exceptional project management skills, capable of translating strategic objectives into actionable plans while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic and operational projects with internal teams as well as external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project management frameworks and detailed plans including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives, track KPIs, and ensure continuous progress against strategic goals.
  • Prepare high-level reports, briefings, and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making and drive strategic communication.
  • Represent senior leadership in meetings when required, ensuring key messages, directives, and follow-ups are accurately conveyed and actioned.
  • Support the development of operational policies, governance frameworks, and planning processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.

  • Must have an undergraduate degree from a top – tier international university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, finance, or public policy.
  • An MBA or relevant master’s degree is strongly beneficial but not essential.
  • Must have 6 – 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with 2 – 4 years experience of working closely with executive leadership.
  • Must have experience from a global strategy consulting firm or a mix of consulting and industry experience within a complex organisation.
  • Must be skilled at leading complex projects and navigating changing priorities with efficiency and adaptability.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, trusted to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, known for discretion and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is highly preferred.
